items and goods to an address in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein and the package will be delivered by the post office via Postpac. We charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 8.00 for Economy shipments. For shipments throughout Europe, we charge according to the cost of transport (goods plus packaging &amp; customs declaration and, if desired, insurance of the goods) according to the shipping rates of the Swiss Post. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.post.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.post.ch<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Customs costs and taxes are the responsibility of the country where the recipient resides. These are not included in our prices and cannot be quantified by us. Additional delivery costs due to country-specific characteristics, are not included in our prices and shall be borne by the buyer. We only deliver by mail order. We do not deliver to packing stations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Defects in the delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Defects and transport damage during shipment must be reported to Yun Nan Tea House GmbH in writing with proof immediately or within 5 working days after delivery at the latest. Yun Nan Tea House, at its discretion and with the consent of its clientele, will remedy these defects in accordance with the regulations of the Foundation for Consumer Protection. Transport damage is not the responsibility of Yun Nan Tea House GmbH. Should it be necessary to return the products, the customer shall bear the transport costs incurred. The teas and prepared dishes\/drinks are without defects when stored\/consumed properly and cannot be objected to.
